Welcome to the return of Weekly Water Recaps! In this column we will look through what we did throughout the week, including weekly awards, events, the R&R leaderboard, and some funny moments along the way!
Tuesday
We start off the week on Groundhogs Day! Viking Commander Lydia made the announcement followed by Viking Pantheon Aaronstone announcing 6 more weeks of winter. Can’t wait!
Later that day we found out some devastating news about Viking Revolutionary SavageCobra:
if you werent sniffing hand sanitizer and sharpies in your childhood, what were you doing?
Finally, Lydia announced the new Viking Officer Trainees who are just now starting their Viking Academy classes! Congrats to Kobie, Leo, Darci, & Mz on your promotions!
Wednesday
On Wednesday we had our first event, a New Beginning for Water Vikings on Club Penguin Journey. It was a fun time and we ended off the event as tubas, to give the club penguin civilians a lovely concert.

Later that day, a new episode of Viking Guard PingoBoiii’s Phroshtbytte Show released! If you havent already, definitely give it a read.
Thursday
Thursday was a laid back day with no events planned. Our Mango Lord Ango released another edition of Valhalla & Mangoes, featuring Viking Quartermaster KFC! It’s a great interview, definitely give it a read.
Friday
On Friday we started off with an AUSIA event, continuing our Tuba Triumph on CPJ. Later that day we went back on the game to collect some stamps and free items from the 3rd Anniversary Celebration! Viking Chief’s Kath & Rye did a great job showing off all the new features!

Saturday
Saturday rolls around and we decided to host a game of Musical Chairs on CPJ! It was a lot of fun and congrats to Viking Chief Isagi for winning!
Viking Luminary Rye also posted a Penguin Style guide on the website, as the catalog was released that day!
The Parka Committee released Valentines Day Grams: a little message that you can send to any Water Viking! You can say whatever you want [in moderation] and you can choose to be anonymous or not.
Sunday
Then came midnight into Sunday. Water Vikings change to the Sponge Vikings and everyone was watching a marathon in the VC. The server profile was changed to set the vibes accordingly. Here are some highlights!

This bleeds into Sunday morning where more people find out the sudden change. Although it was fun, the server returned to normal by the afternoon.
Towards the end of the day we get an important announcement from Viking Valur Dillon regarding the results of the Super Bowl. This is actually how I found out who won since I didn’t watch the game.

Saturday night we also got to see the WVRR Leaderboard! Congrats to Viking Lord Spin and Viking General Stevos on getting the gold!
