Frostbite, Water Vikings Capitol — Good Evening Vikings, Today we Logged on Icebreaker – Iceberg for some movement training. We did forms including a V line, an Inverted arrow, and even a halfstar! We did super great this event, good job to all vikings who came, and of course, Fear the Wave!
