Hello Water Vikings!!

It’s been a while… hasn’t it? Fret not, cause Darci is back! Welcome back to Darci’s Tea Corner: a column where I spill the tea by interviewing a staff member to know more about who they are.

For our second edition, we will be interviewing Meslixx, a Viking Housecarl whose passion for gaming and technology spans further than the channels in our server. I had the opportunity to sit down for an interview to get to know him better. Don’t forget to grab a cup of tea and some crackers!

Hello Meslixx! I would like to know how you found out about Club Penguin!

I got recruited by someone still unknown to this day with the name “Doritos Girl” that’s how I got into Club Penguin and joined DCP as my first ever CPA army

You mentioned Doritos (DCP), what is your army history?

So I joined DCP around November in 2024 and as of March 2025 I was a high rank troop and almost made it to SiT but due to personal reasons I had to retire from CPA temporarily

Have you ever encountered Club Penguin outside of armies (before you joined)?

I have heard of Club Penguin as a game that was made by Disney that shut down in 2017 but I never played it at all before joining CPA

INTERESTING! Let’s get into some questions about you now. Do you have any hobbies outside of Water Vikings?

Yeah actually I do! I absolutely like tech related stuff, that’s why my role in WV is literally “WV’s IT Geek” I can probably fix any tech issues that you may encounter in your daily life! (one time I installed Windows on a laptop without seeing the screen LOL) other than that I like going out to touch grass generally

You’re an IT Geek… what’s your favourite computer shortcut?

A shortcut I use all the time is Win + Shift + S which lets u take screenshots! this is one of the most basic ones but it’s been really helpful! I also use Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open up task manager which lets me monitor my computers resources and check the app that are active in the background

Okay, now the important question… does pineapple belong on pizza?

I never tasted pineapple on pizza so I dont really know how it tastes but generally WHY WOULD YOU PUT FRUIT ON A PIZZA? plus i dont really like pineapple by itself so no i dont think it belongs in pizza

Unrelated to WV, if you could do anything in the world (no limitations), what would you do?

Hmmm honestly i really want to start a tech company LOL basically sell phones, tablets etc… just like Samsung and Apple right now

Where do you see yourself in the next year?

In WV, i probably see myself at least high staff or even HCOM, IRL I need to graduate middle school (YES IM STILL IN MIDDLE SCHOOL)
