Water Vikings of CP

The past few months, the Water Vikings have dealt with numerous issues with the Romans since their revival last year. Since their revival, they have troop stolen from us, and have slandered us constantly. This constant slander must end. Their current leader, Znation, has continued to steal from us, and slander us with his advisors and staff after Twitchy has asked them to stop. It is clear that Romans do not care about the words of their own guardians and have continued their poor behavior. They have harassed our troops, and instill the feeling of self doubt to our troops and purposely make them feel out of place so they can join Romans. This ends now. As on January 11, 2026, The United Servers of the Water Vikings now declare Romans as an enemy state. This is the start of the Second War of Roman Subjugation.

It all started August of 2025. Romans were revived by their founder Dj. Since day one, they have slandered Water Vikings constantly and have encouraged their staff to troop steal from us, and to be racist to the Viking kind. We chose to ignore these statements at the time since Romans never posed as a threat to us. All attempts at troop stealing were very lousy and low effort, and the army was maxing very low.

A few months later, Dj abruptly leaves the community but mistakenly leaves Romans alive under the hands of Znation. Znation was thrown into a very stressful position and underprepared, and honestly we felt bad for the kid. He was eventually saved by Smurf and Twitchy and Romans preformed much better when Dj was out of the picture. They helped Znation to get comfortable in leading. It appears he got too comfortable. We were notified of a conversation Znation was having with a ranking Water Viking troop, asking her to fulfil staff duties in Romans for him. He also continued to try to get her into Romans, and practically begged her to be apart of his ranks despite her stating multiple times she was a loyal Water Viking. This was immediately sent to Twitchy, and the conversation was put to a stop. Twitchy apologized to the leadership and reassured us this will not happen again.

Unfortunately, Twitchy words mean absolutely nothing in the eyes of Romans leaders. They got smarter with their tactics. They started befriending Water Viking troops. When they were close enough, they started to plant the idea of being out of place, and overworked to our troops. In a poor attempt to break them and their motivation for their future in Water Vikings.

A few weeks after the poor attempt of troop stealing, a former Romans leader comes into the main chat and begins harassing one of our dearest troops for being a Water Viking. Went as far to call him disgusting, and to tell him Water Vikings are lame!

He even went as far as attempting to troop steal in front of Smurf.

The Water Vikings are sick of the constant slander and blatant stealing from Romans. Therefore, we are declaring war. The will be an off map war, under these terms:

1. The Water Vikings of Club Penguin (WV) declares war on the Romans of Club Penguin

2. This conflict is mapless, although all rules pertaining to CPAB usage apply

3. All map rules that do not pertain to land (and force treaties) are in effect. For example (not limited to the following), all battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, judges must be present for battles, and no multiple invasions by one party in the same time zone.

Until these actions are properly addressed, and come to an end, we will not stop. Fear the Wave!
