Addressed to the members and veterans of the amazing Water Vikings
As we close upon the March Madness XI Tournament, we face against our long-lasting rivals the Templars. We are up against them in the 3rd place matchup considering we had gone up to the semifinals before losing to our brother ally, the Rebel Penguin Federation. While we unfortunately lost for the prized possession of the trophy, we can still earn the bronze trophy in the 3rd place matchup.
A few months ago, after our legendary Legends Cup journey, the army had begun to become burned out and there was less momentum with everything happening internally as well. To add onto this, we were also barely sticking out to 20+ maxes back in December and January. Our Christmas Chaos run ended off in a questionable result with us getting fully swept by Aliens. The army lately has undoubtedly been on a tremendous growth ever since we began our CPJ stint in February of this very year. Our performance has already exceeded our expectations that were for this tournament run so far. Even if we lost to RPF, we still made the circumstances close in every single room whilst they held a 30+ penguin advantage over us.
Templars historically have had a huge rivalry against the Water Vikings. Ultimately, they had bested our efforts in LCXII and in the Sluttapawn War in early 2022. We are going to do EVERYTHING in our power to make sure we beat them once again for good this time to end off this tournament with a trophy and some momentum to keep us prepared for what’s to come later on in the future.
Our March Madness run isn’t done yet. We still have potential to show off on the battlefield on this Saturday. TCP aren’t one to doubt because they can easily pull 40+ minimum. Against the rebels, we almost maxxed 60 penguins, undoubtedly, we can max even more this weekend.
Templars is gonna be a difficult opponent for us to face still, however WE CAN DO IT. Lets bring home a trophy for the army even if it isn’t the main course. It still has a meaning to us and its something to look up
To summarize this post, we have to end Templars run and get this trophy to see what the future has for us and what we can get to in the long run later down the road. Let’s do this everyone, one last push in the tournament and let’s exceed what everyone’s expectations were for us in this.
