The Forest Gathering

On April 17th, 2025, a raiding party consisting of ~10 Vikings set sail for Blizzard, a bountiful server that would bring a stream of riches back to the coffers of Frostbite. The Water Vikings landed at the Forest, and would be greeted with empty wilderness had there not been a talking tree with googly eyes to let us pass our time. Reports had surfaced of a rogue clan of Fish occupying the Cove, which became an issue. The Cove is an important room on the Club Penguin, and it would be vital to the Water Vikings to obtain it.

The Battle of the Cove

At 04:00 PM EST, the Water Vikings rushed into the Cove to fight the Fish Clan. The Cove was crowded with civilians, and the Water Vikings were disorganized in this initial clash. The Fish Clan was responsive to these attacks, and held their ground, leading to a drawn out snowball fight. The tides temporarily turned when two sharks entered the waters, catching the Fish Clan off guard and giving the Water Vikings breathing room.  Even in this breathing room, we began to lose steam. Vikings faded into the crowd, many disconnected. However, the Fish Clan wouldn’t achieve victory. The Cowboys made their appearance, initially small in numbers, many Fish defected towards their side. This extended our recovery as we moved to a different position in the Cove.

The Cowboys soon retreated for unknown reasons. We tracked them to the Pizza Parlor, but their numbers shrunk to a point where it wasn’t viable to chase after them. Wishing to see an end to the conflict, the Water Vikings struck a deal with the Fish Clan. We would cease our attacks and protect them from the Sharks if they help Rye obtain the Igloo Party stamp (have 10 penguins in your igloo at the same time). It was agreed, and we were able to help Rye get the stamp as a united force.

The Battle of the Town

As our newly found Fish Clan allies logged off, we were met with another challenge. While we cleared the outskirts of Blizzard, it’s heart was occupied by Bunnies. What we learned is how soulless these creatures were. You could throw a snowball or run them over with a car, but they wouldn’t react in any sort. That is, until one, an impersonator of Oreo, began infuriated of our presence. They attempted to avoid us, but couldn’t fend us off alone. Their fellow bunnies began to slowly disconnect and lose form. Seeing no need to further fight the Bunnies, we imposed an ultimatum to the Bunnies. We would cease hostilities, however, if we are to return and they are still present, they will be forced to pay tribute. Needless to say at 6:31 PM EST, they no longer occupy the town, therefore giving the Water Vikings a de-facto victory.

Conclusion

The Water Vikings, through all the attrition they had endured during this game-night, have arose to our rightful position as the Masters of Club Penguin Journey through stomping out all of those who try and oppose us.
