When did you first join WV?

Tell me a bit about yourself?
I’m someone who loves figuring things out, and I like to take my time to make sure things get done right. I’m a patient, logical thinker, but I really thrive when working with others. I’m a big team player who knows how to listen, jump in where needed, and help everyone get across the finish line together.
What has helped motivate you during your time in WV?
I know that true progress takes both intelligence and real patience, and I am not afraid to take the time needed to build something that lasts. I trust my mind to map out the path forward, but I also know that the best journeys aren’t taken alone. As a natural team player, my goal isn’t just to succeed on my own, but to bring steady energy, active listening, and reliability to the people around me. I am capable of figuring out complex challenges, lifting up the team, and turning steady.
What is your personal goal in WV?
My ultimate goal at WV is to earn a spot on the staff and become someone people can count on when it matters most. I want to be right there in the mix, helping to tackle the hard decisions and finding ways to make better choices for everyone involved. I know that kind of responsibility takes serious patience and sharp intelligence, but I trust my ability to stay cool and look at the big picture. At the end of the day, I’m a team player through and through—I’m here to listen, collaborate, and support the crew so that whatever choices we make, we succeed and move forward together.

Amazed!! Very grateful to be staff of the week again, thank you so much!

Recruiter of the Week: Starzy

What’s the best part about recruiting?
the best part i think is when the person i js dmed or friend(ed) responded quickly and respectfully to me, i always feel so happy inside when something like that happens
What advice would you give to someone who wants to get this award in the future?
you can get ROTW even if you didnt get the most recruits, just enjoy recruiting, and when you do, it’ll be rlly nice to get the award, its a nice feeling to have
Who inspired you to start recruiting?
honestly, since the day i attended cabin’s recruiting lesson, i went straight to vill and he halled me so much with recruiting, but the real one who inspired me was my pookie Kai, and Cabin too, they’ve inspired me a LOT
Did you think you would win this award?
i DIDNT it came as such a shock to me, i usually stay calm on text but rn im js bursting with happiness
What advice would you give to someone who’s afraid to recruit?
you will get rejections, and you will have rude people diss you back ( ive had serveral ), but most of the time, people accept, but try to be nice to whoever you dm, go get em tiger, and be brave
Cake or cupcakes?
ive never tried cupcakes so i like CHOCOLATE VANILLA CAKE WITH WHIPPED CREAM FLOWERS AND BOBA PEARLS ON TOP ( it was my 10th bday cake )at
Welcomer of the Week: Kai

What does welcoming mean to you?
Welcoming to me is just as important as recruiting since when you welcome it means people have a CPAB account to attend events for higher max
What motivated you to welcome members?
My motivation for welcoming is mostly my love for WV and also Cabin has motivated me to welcome alot
What part of welcoming do you like the most?
My favorite part of welcoming is that we can get higher numbers by making sure people have CPAB accounts and CPJ accounts and that it helps WV grow so much and that it contributes a load to the army
Let’s say a welcoming attempt goes south, what do you do? Change your strategy? Brush it off and continue to the next troop?
I would negotiate, like asking their specific reason to not make an account then i would ask them to atleast try the game once and if it’s good they can play it again and if its not they don’t have to. It’s called compromise, good to learn in life imo
Any advice for troops interested in WVRR and welcoming new troops?
I would tell them to never get demotivated if they get rejections from recruiting and welcoming and to always keep their heads up and remember this is all for the greater good for weevee.
What’s your favorite movie??
Hardest question lol, Ive watched many i cant remember most but i really liked Dune part 2 which i watched around 2 years back and Interstellar which was just pure cinema
Chatter of the Week: Kai

Is there someone where you could spend hours chatting without getting tired? If so, who?
I could really just chat hours with everyone but i if i had to choose probably new recruits, staff and my close friends
On what topics do you think you chat the most?
I talk a lot just depending on the topic in main chat but i do talk about games and sports but mostly just general topics like life and food
What advice would you give to someone who wants to get this award in the future?
I would tell them to not treat chatting like a job more as having as much fun as you can, it’s fine if you don’t get chatter but its not fine if you just start treating WV like a job and completely lose motivation which is why i recommend having as much fun while chatting! : D just my advice tho
Any comments?
My comment is that im grateful that I’ve won this award again but i would like to see my custom role again, no but seriously im super grateful and proud of myself`
