Hello WV! You may have seen the title and wondered “why do we have the awards from 3 weeks ago?” and to that I apologize for being really late. The reason I’m still posting this is because we had the interviews done a while ago and I feel like it wouldn’t be fair to not post them. So, I’ll quickly show the interviews here! I think card jitsu is fun and cool, but i wouldnt play it.

How excited are you on your sweet and shiny awards!?!?
Very excited, I was not expecting to get staff of the week.
What all did you have to go through to attain your awards?
I don’t really know honestly, I just did a lot of chatting, wrote an event post and tried being active in my committees.
Have you ever gotten these awards before?
I have gotten Rookie of the Month back in 2025 September when I first started off in Water Vikings.
Do you think that getting this award will make you strive to get it again, and how do you plan to achieve that?
I usually have quite a difficult time striving, I find myself to be quite the lazy person some of the time, I try to stay motivated though.
Is there any one you’d want to shoutout/thank for this award?
I want to shout all of the staff team, everyone’s been a great helping hand. Not only that but I also want to shout out the Viking Commodores, they all have a lot of potential to be fantastic staff members.

Tough choice, I got two favourites which are blue and purple.
What is your overall thoughts on card jitsu?
I find card jitsu to be neat. Also, fun fact, when my friend recruited me into Water Vikings, I thought Water Vikings battles were based around Card Jitsu.

How do I feel on getting this great award again?
I am absolutely ECSTATIC! This is great getting ROTW again!
What all did I do to work towards this?
I started getting into CPJ recruiting recently to where I got 5 recruits in one day pushing me to do more recruiting for WeeVee and some of my recruits have been apperaing recently Miro and Snakerep!
How am I reflecting on how I did this in the past?
I did decent in the past, but this shows how I grew to use another form of recruiting on CPJ itself instead of just being strictly a discord recruiter.
How do I feel about recruiting now?
I feel pretty good about recruiting, but you know we all have those days where it’s going slow for recruiting and we have those amazing miracle days where we get 5 in one day!

Card Jitsu is literally gambling! But! you can just p2w cards

I’m very excited, but also surprised at the same time.
What all did you have to go through to attain your awards?
I love talking to people, so I just try to be as welcoming as possible, to new people in the server.
Have you ever gotten these awards before?
No I have not, but I’m very happy to have gotten one now.
Do you think that getting this award will make you strive to get it again, and how do you plan to achieve that?
I will keep doing what I’ve been doing, and maybe try to do even better.

I would like to shoutout Kath and Darci for always being there, when I need help with welcoming. (Also thank you to Stevos for recruiting me into the army)
