Summer is finally here in Frostbite, Water Vikings‘ capital, and things are getting busier! Between events, fun games and the preparation for the Legends Cup, Vikings woke up on July 1, 2026, with an announcement regarding Rockhopper and a treasure hunt. We shall take the high seas and navigate through it to understand what happened there.
On July 1, 2026, Vikings were surprised by a new announcement after the Ausia event: Under the Sea. Rockhopper sailed the Migrator to Frostbite and presented to us: Rockhopper scavenger hunt! During the next two weeks, until July 15, 2026, members, visitors, and allies will be able to take part in an activity in which they will need to find the ten hidden items around the server (or even people’s profiles!). The winners will be awarded the new role: Summer Scavenger Extravaganza 2026 and silver.
Isagi announcing the Scavenger Hunt
To understand the concept, our Junior Media Joshie sat down with Isagi to understand the behind-the-scenes of this new event from the Parka Committee.
Where did the idea for the scavenger hunt come from?
The idea came from a suggestion in our suggestions channel. The suggestion that wanted to a server scavenger hunt, had a huge amount of reacts, and me and viv decided to do it.
How long was the preparation for the scavenger hunt?
It took a very long time, a very long time, we would spend days and weeks, I would have to be awake at like 1-5am just to complete somewhat progress.
How will the scavenger hunt work?
It is pretty simple, me and viv have hid 10 items across the server. You’re job is to find those items by screenshotting the reacts that I have hid or they maybe be in peoples backgrounds or in their bios. And to get a checkmark, you must react to it, and screenshot it. And then send the answers to either me or viv.
How involved do you expect troops to be in this scavenger hunt?
I hope people get involved. If they dont want to participate, thats totally up to them, I dont mind it. I did it so troops in weevee can have fun, and also because I care about our troops, and I did what will get them interested into playing.
Is there any part of this scavenger hunt you are excited for?
My most excited part, would be to see who would complete it the first.
Do you believe this scavenger hunt will benefit water Vikings in a good way?
Yes, it will make troops team up together, and have fun with others, and can get them active to our server.
