Frostbite, Water Vikings Capital — Twenty-four hours before the bronze, twenty-four hours before the end of Water Vikings‘ run in Legends Cup LCXVI. While we are getting ready, one last time, to enter the land to face Help Force, we went to see how our leaders are feeling regarding the third-place battle and what they expect to see tomorrow.

Mr.West, our Junior media member, sat down with the leadership to talk about the new battle in twenty-four hours.
What type of energy are we feeling for the upcoming HF battle, and how might we boost or invigorate that energy?
Lydia: Feeling pretty stoked for this upcoming event. Can’t wait for this battle and to get LC over with.
Escot: The energy is very lively and pretty great in which most of it comes from our performance from the RPF battle. We did extremely well and showed a lot of our potential for later down the road.
Darci: The energy is great, honestly, and most of that comes from our battle from RPF. Despite the loss, we still did extremely well and showed our true capabilities.
What type of key insights might we take from the RPF battle into the HF battle?
Lydia: Definitely to find a balance while leading and pacing.
Escot: Definitely hype and retention, recruiting as well, obviously. These factors gave us a BIG difference to almost take them down, with us being the underdog.
Darci: Definitely hyping and getting troops prepared for battles. This means more training and working with them to better understand the game. Recruiting and welcoming are also a major plus.
Even though we didn’t get 1st when we beat HF, are we still happy we got top 3 overall?
Lydia: Very happy to get top 3 overall; a bummer we didn’t get into the finals, but we put up an amazing fight.
Escot: Yes 100%. This will prove as one of our better tournament runs in recent history, considering we can get 3rd here.
Darci: Oh definitely! Considering how close the RPF battle was despite them having a size advantage once again proves that we are a force to be reckoned with.
What are all of your personal opinions on HF?
Lydia: Diwix
Escot: Diwix and 🍪
Darci: Great people
What are some of HF’s strengths compared to ours?
Lydia: I’m unsure; I really don’t look at armies outside of WV.
Escot: They bring a good vet poll for tournaments like we do; a lot of their vets pull up to tournaments like LC and MM specifically.

What colour would you prefer HF’s instead of them being our colour?
Lydia: Yellow because it’s the colour of pee and it’s funny
Escot: Red 40
Darci: Hot take but I’d wanna see them in bright red.
What is your favourite Horror movie?
Lydia: I don’t really have one lol
Escot: This is honestly a hard question, but it’s probably between American Psycho or Final Destination
Darci: I’m not a big horror guy, but the best one I’ve watched so far is The Menu.
Would you rather listen to the same album by the same artist forever or never listen to music again?
Lydia: Same album by the same artist forever
Escot: Definitely the same album by the same artist; I’ve sometimes done that, but I NEED music
Darci: Same album by the same artist. I’ve been doing that for like five years… I can do it longer
