Good afternoon, Water Vikings!
Welcome to the fifteenth edition of Valhalla & Mangoes, where I conduct an interview towards a chosen troop that has proven to be active in the community and that has participated in making the army a better place.
Today, I had the chance to interview a very active troop who climbed the ranks easily and is now a known presence in the community! I am of course talking about Kyo, the Water Vikings’ knight. Check the interview below!
So, to begin this interview, tell me a bit about yourself!
im not the type of guy who can rate or talk about himself
but if ill have to tell a bit of that and a bit of this then i guess im the type of person to support others, help them out without waiting for something in return, im a bit shy in new places with new ppl but im not gonna lie that its hard for me to find friends, itll take a day or two to get used but eventually i do find some
When exactly did you join WV?
i joined WV(Water Vikings) on 10th february 2026
And what was your first impression of the server?
the first impression of WV was surprising to say at least, i mean its the first ever server that welcomed me so warmly, im in discord since 2018? and never and i mean never i was welcomed so warmly and kindly, “damn thats an really good and friendly server” thats what i first thought
Has your impression changed now that you’ve had more than a month in here?
no, my impression didnt changed a bit, i found alot of friends, both simple troops and staff team
What is your favorite activity in WV?
honestly i dont have preferences, i enjoy every activity, chatting in main chat, talking in vc, attending to events, gamenights and especially movie nights
Do you have a memorable event/moment in mind?
honestly every single event, conversation and moment in wv is memorable for me, i dont even know what to choose but if ill have to choose then i got two, the first day i joined the wv, with as i mentioned earlier warmest welcoming and second one is the big raid on mc server, i was sleeping that time yes but i did help pingo rebuild everything and even improve, honestly i did enjoy the rebuilding process
If you had anything to say to the entire community, what would it be?
what i want to say is, dont be afraid to talk, the staff team always listen when you have questions and they always answer, every single one in staff is truly kindhearted and trustworthy, the other thing i want to say is, believe in yourself and if you dont then believe in your friends that believe in you and most importantly dont give up, if its difficult then ask for help, its not a shame to ask for help, someone if not everyone will extend their hand to help you
